Amsterdam with Hans and Benthe


We had dinner at Vapiano (Oosterdokskade next to library):
delicious pizza and pastas with smoothies:)


The Scheepvaarthuis (Shipping House, now hotel Amrâth - PrinsHendrikkade); the former headoffice of all the major shipping companies of Amsterdam and the Netherlands (1916).


Brother Hans rented an OV-bike (public transport bike;) for me.
It was very sturdy and comfortable.


We bought Ben and Jerry's icecream and sat near the water on The Prinsengracht to watch the boats pass by:)


The flash makes it seem very dark...


... but it stayed light until late. (Across the water (part of) a series of old warehouses called the Seven Provinces Of The Republic, build in 1715)
